Your mission
As the grants Manager at TURN2X, your primary mission is to acquire public funding opportunities to further de-risk and advance our company objectives. Through your research, meticulous proposal crafting, and adept project management, you will secure and maximize grants and subsidies to propel TURN2X towards its goals. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our financial stability and resilience as we navigate the complexities of the renewable energy landscape.
Responsibilities:- Identifying Opportunities : Actively search and keep track of available grants
- Screening and Evaluation: Assess each funding opportunity to determine its suitability and potential benefits for TURN2X. This involves a meticulous understanding of the criteria, requirements, and objectives of each grant.
- Application Leadership: Take the lead in preparing and submitting compelling grant applications.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize grant proposals and manage relationships with funding bodies.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Keep track of application statuses, report on progress, and analyze the success of acquired funding in supporting Turn2X's projects and initiatives.
Your profile
- Grant Writing Expertise: Proficiency in crafting compelling grant proposals, with strong writing and editing skills.
- Strategic Research and Analysis: Ability to identify relevant funding opportunities and assess their alignment with organizational goals.
- Project Management: Competence in managing multiple applications, meeting deadlines, and overseeing projects from start to finish.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German (or Spanish) to cater to our diverse client base
Nice to have: - Affinity to Chat GPT / AI Tools: Eagerness to integrate AI tools like ChatGPT in the grant writing process to enhance efficiency and increase application volume.
- Financial and Regulatory Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, financial management, and compliance with funding regulations
- Communication and Networking: Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and building relationships with funding bodies.
- Willingness to travel to Munich as needed, with remote work flexibility available.

TURN2X developed a technology to produce renewable natural gas from green hydrogen and CO2. Renewable natural gas is CO2 neutral and 100% compatible to the existing natural gas infrastructure, so that you can use the 2M gas pipeline kilometers, the >1000TWh of natural gas storages and the existing customer infrastructure of burners and furnaces without any modification. We have a first commercial plant in Spain and around 2.7GW of pipeline built up. TURN2X is well financed and backed by the leading investors in the space.
