Your mission
As an Account Executive at TURN2X, your primary mission is to close deals with customers from the maritime sector willing to sign 10 years off-take agreements. Your role is pivotal in driving the growth of our renewable energy projects and expanding our market presence.
Your profile
Competencies- Background in the shipping industry is a must-have.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, with experience closing 7-digit (ideally 8-digit) deals.
- Strong gravitas, seniority, and confidence to effectively engage and persuade customers.
- High level of customer empathy and persistence to overcome objections and drive results.
- Understanding of complex energy concepts, including different energy units, policy regulations, and certification requirements.
- Experience in selling methanol, ammonia, eLNG, or bio-LNG to shipping companies is a plus.
- Knowledge of hydrogen or hydrogen derivatives, along with an energy background, is desirable.
- Ability to create professional slides for presentations is a nice skill to have.
- Willingness to travel to Munich or Hamburg as needed, with remote work flexibility available.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and German to cater to our diverse client base.

Location The role is based in Munich or Hamburg, with remote work possible within the same time zone. Candidates must be willing to travel to Munich for 3 days every 2 weeks as needed.

TURN2X developed a technology to produce renewable natural gas from green hydrogen and CO2. Renewable natural gas is CO2 neutral and 100% compatible to the existing natural gas infrastructure, so that you can use the 2M gas pipeline kilometers, the >1000TWh of natural gas storages and the existing customer infrastructure of burners and furnaces without any modification.
