Your mission

TURN2X is seeking a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. You'll partner with our chief technology officer to roll out a groundbreaking technology. Our holistic approach towards an e-NG plant that includes a renewable energy source (RES), an electrical grid connection, electrolysers and a methanation reactor requires a complex energy system to optimize the power supply of this system. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact to the security of supply for (green) energy and to address 14.5% of the global CO2 emissions. Let's bring green molecules to the market!

Your profile

Responsibilities

Engineering of an optimized energy management system for our e-NG systems
Optimization of the interconnection of renewable assets and our plants for optimal utilization of available green electricity
Engineering of the power electronics for e-NG and solar park (including transformers, …)
Engineering of the Process Control System (eg PCS7 and PCSNeo) - Nice to have
Managing Contractors for the Main Equipment together with our Procurement and Supply Chain Manager

Qualifications

A minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering and process automation
M.Sc. Electrical Engineering
Technical understanding of electrolyzers and methanation processes
Ability to work autonomously while being a team player in a fast-paced and changing environment
Flexible and focused on solutions
Organized and self-sufficient

What does success look like

Automation concept for our next Plant Generation developed after 3 months
Electrical Engineering for our next Plant Generation is finished after 6 months
Modular and Scalable automation Concept for mass scaling of Plants developed together with our Engineering Lead and Automation Engineer after 12 months
Engineering on-site implemented in our plants after 12 months

About us

TURN2X developed a technology to produce renewable natural gas from green hydrogen and CO2. Renewable natural gas is CO2 neutral and 100% compatible to the existing natural gas infrastructure, so that you can use the 2M gas pipeline kilometers, the >1000TWh of natural gas storages and the existing customer infrastructure of burners and furnaces without any modification. We have a first commercial plant in Spain and around 2.7GW of pipeline built up. TURN2X is well financed and backed by the leading investors in the space.
