Your mission
As an Founders Associate at TURN2X, your primary mission is to support the CTO by executing strategic initiatives, managing critical projects, and facilitating internal and external communications to drive the company's growth. You will work as the extended brain of the CTO and be able to run initiatives in his name.

Key Skills- Technical Acumen
A strong understanding of the technology used by TURN2X, including chemical engineering / electrical engineering skills - Project Management Skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping them on track and within budget. This includes understanding agile methodologies, scrum practices, and project management tools. - Strategic Thinking
Assisting the CTO in developing and implementing strategic technological initiatives and plans. This involves understanding the industry landscape, competitor technologies, and potential areas for innovation or improvement. - Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise between the CTO, technical teams, and other stakeholders. This includes the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences. - Problem-Solving Abilities
Strong analytical skills to help solve complex technical problems, often under tight deadlines. This includes a systematic approach to troubleshooting and crisis management. - Research and Development
Keeping abreast of the latest technology trends and developments. This includes conducting research to support decision-making and strategic planning, and potentially overseeing pilot projects or prototypes. - Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
Although not a direct manager, the role often requires leadership in project settings and excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within diverse teams. - You want to have a positive climate impact

Tasks a Founders Associate can drive- Support the CTO with strategy work
- Prepare Slide Decks for fundraising, conferences, …
- Replace the CTO in recurring meetings
- Support the project management - make Gantt-Charts and track the project progress
- Support the documentation of the engineering
- Support the Procurement to get proposals and quotes from suppliers for our main components

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German. Spanish is nice to have
Location The role is based in Munich, with remote work possible within the same time zone. Candidates must be willing to travel to Munich for 3 days every 2 weeks as needed.

TURN2X developed a technology to produce renewable natural gas from green hydrogen and CO2. Renewable natural gas is CO2 neutral and 100% compatible to the existing natural gas infrastructure, so that you can use the 2M gas pipeline kilometers, the >1000TWh of natural gas storages and the existing customer infrastructure of burners and furnaces without any modification. We have a first commercial plant in Spain and around 2.7GW of pipeline built up. TURN2X is well financed and backed by the leading investors in the space.
