Your mission

Scale our company from an early stage startup of 20 people to a company of high performers with 100+ people. Your mission is to make sure you attract, retain and and develop top talent. Help us to address 14.5% of the global emissions and end the fossil fuel era together with us.

Successfully hire the right people for the right positions

Responsibilities

Build and optimize a scalable hiring machine which attracts top talent to the company
Own the HR Admin → all HR processes running without drama
Together with the founders scale the culture from 20 to 100+ people
Support building up a middle management layer and support the founders in coaching the middle management

Your profile

Must have:

Track record in finding and placing the right talent
Worked in a fast pace, high growth setup
Experience with HR regulation and laws in Germany
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German
Location: Munich - home office possible during the week

Nice-to-have:

Track record of building high-performance teams
Proven experience in scaling a high performing company culture from 20 to 100+ people
Track record of building leadership development programs
Expertise in leading organizational change initiatives
If you speak Spanish it is a plus

About us

TURN2X developed a technology to produce renewable natural gas from green hydrogen and CO2. Renewable natural gas is CO2 neutral and 100% compatible to the existing natural gas infrastructure, so that you can use the 2M gas pipeline kilometers, the >1000TWh of natural gas storages and the existing customer infrastructure of burners and furnaces without any modification. We have a first commercial plant in Spain and around 2.7GW of pipeline built up. TURN2X is well financed and backed by the leading investors in the space.
