Your mission

As the Land Manager at TURN2X, your mission is to drive ramp up of TURN2X projects by securing land parcels at scale.

Responsibilities

Outcomes

Close Land Deals for at least 30 Projects Annually
Secure 80-hectare parcels (groups) for at least 30 projects each year, ensuring acquisitions stay within budgeted land costs.
Develop a Strong Pipeline of Potential Sites
After six months: Identify and maintain a vetted pipeline of at least 60 prospective plots, including owners’ contact information, with a structured approach to securing high-quality land.
Streamline Acquisition Process for Faster Project Deployment
Develop an efficient, scalable process to identify optimal land within target areas, get contact to landowners, and close option to buy/lease within one month.

Your profile

Must have:

Extensive Land Acquisition Experience → market
knowledge and ability to navigate complex discussions
to achieve win-win outcomes.
Stakeholder and Relationship Management → Proven
experience building and managing relationships with a
range of stakeholders, including local authorities,
environmental agencies, brokers, and landowners.
Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills
Proactivity / entrepreneurial mindset
Willingness to travel
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish

Nice to have:

Strong sense for urgency / track record in executing
things 2x faster than average (”Tesla speed”)
Fast and hungry learner / coachability
Language: German

TURN2X developed a technology to produce renewable natural gas from green hydrogen and CO2. Renewable natural gas is CO2 neutral and 100% compatible to the existing natural gas infrastructure, so that you can use the 2M gas pipeline kilometers, the >1000TWh of natural gas storages and the existing customer infrastructure of burners and furnaces without any modification.
