Your mission
Your Responsibilities
- Drive TURN2X projects from origination through advanced development stages across Spain and Portugal.
- Support both technical/project development and commercial work-streams in parallel to keep projects moving fast.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Finance, Legal) and external stakeholders (partners, utilities, authorities).
- Contribute to structuring and progressing co-development opportunities with local partners.
- Prepare clear, decision-ready inputs for internal gates and leadership discussions.
- Operate hands-on in a dynamic environment, proactively identifying bottlenecks and unblocking issues.
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in project development (preferably hydrogen, solar PV or biomethane), commercial, strategy consulting, or startup/scale-up environments.
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing setups and juggling multiple priorities.
- Interest in energy, infrastructure, renewables, hydrogen, or PtX projects.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; German is a plus.
- Based in Madrid and open to frequent travel.
